We've been using Chris's services at Vet-O Brookvale for several years now. It is in a good location for us, and Chris is always very thorough with our German Shorthaired Pointer, Maple, and his calm, caring manner is always well received by us and our dog. We get reminders about things and Chris is great at accommodating us if something unexpected crops up... (like when Maple got bitten by another dog!)... and because it is in Pet-O, it is handy for getting any other pet-related products while we are there. Thanks Chris, we are very happy with your services and facility.
Dr. Chris Hong is an incredible vet!!! Our dog Noodle suffers from fear aggression and Chris has been an integral part of the journey. Chris is not only sympathetic and caring to Noodle, but also us. We drive all the way from the Eastern Suburbs because he is that good. We're lucky to have found a vet this caring.
My favourite thing about Dr Chris is that he pretty much ignores me for the first few minutes and he gets down to dog height, with treats, to greet Maggie and to make sure she's comfortable and not feeling anxious. Thankfully we've had no major health issues but Chris has taken care of all the important stuff.
Dr Chris is a caring, compassionate and skilled vet who always sees our dog when needed no matter how busy he is. This week he came in after hours to treat Bear and sat with us for over an hour monitoring him. I highly recommend Dr Chris — we are so glad we found him.

The staff and vet at Brookvale VetO are very caring towards Kitty she is a regular boarder here when we go on holidays and is our family Vet for all things Kitty. Recently Kitty was very unwell so an emergency visit was not a problem for the team, luckily Chris the Vet knew exactly what was required with medication to be given, not easy for me once I was home but within 48hrs Kitty was a-lot better. Thankyou Chris and the team, Kitty will be back soon for another holiday with you all.
